Purchasing Food/Drinks
We understand that our food/drinks may not be everyone’s taste. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or free exchange if we determine that there is nothing wrong with the item made. If you are seeking a new meal/drink, you must pay for the previous and new one as all meals/drinks are made per order and meals/drinks leaving the kitchen cannot be reused.

Take-out
Any food spilt outside of our restaurant is not our responsibility. We ask everyone to please support the bottom of all bags and to bring home with caution as many bags contain hot and heavy items. We pack and staple every bag carefully for stability, so a remake for your items is not guaranteed when it leaves our staff’s possession and location premises.

Refund
We cannot guarantee a refund unless you have a receipt and appropriate reasoning with pictures for the request. We also will not offer refunds to the full receipt if the issue only applies to certain items. Please email us at PhoLyVernon@gmail.com to resolve any issues you may have as our staff present may not be able to resolve the situation without their manager’s assistance.
