To qualify as a server:
+ Must be able to manage the front of the house with 1-2 other coworkers efficiently and professionally. The position requires polite and hard-working individuals that can service dine-ins, place to-go orders over the phone and spotlessly clean our spaces under fast-paced environments.
+ Overcome language barriers. We have trained many individuals of different backgrounds. Willingness to learn and adapt is a great mindset.
+ Maintain a positive attitude throughout each shift towards customers and coworkers. We do not tolerate any negative or inappropriate behavior that could harm or hinder individuals and the workflow.
+ Always keeping the restaurant clean before the end of each shift. We expect every worker to clean up after themselves and maintain a food-safe environment.
+ Contribute and communicate with the team. We are a small business with limited staff members on deck. We rely on teamwork and communication to perform well under stressed environments.
+ Be on time and commit to at least one year. We do not hire seasonal workers or anyone looking for 10 or less hours weekly. We ask that you provide us a 2 weeks' notice to allow us time to hire and train replacements and do not tolerate late arrivals.
